Could this Obamacare provision be abused?

A decade ago I would say that this was paranoid fear mongering.  That was before the IRS, DoJ and EPA were used for political purposes.  Now, everything must be questioned.

Obamacare will allow forced home inspections

Yeah, I know this seems unlikely. You might think; "How could the government use such seemingly innocuous regulatory language to force their way into your home?" Well..... Law enforcement agencies routinely use minor infractions or regulatory compliance as tools to get a foot in the door when they have no probable cause for a search. If the Coast Guard wants to search your boat for contraband but has no probable cause, they will just use their regulatory authority. Guess what? They'll just perform a 'random vessel safety inspection' to get aboard and do their search. Do you think that this administration wouldn't be above using HHS regulatory authority to gain access to the home of a political opponent? The IRS is supposed to be a completely apolitical organization, but it has been used by the Obama Administration to target political enemies. The EPA has been used by the Obama Administration to target political enemies. The Justice Department has been used for political purposes on numerous occasions. It is time to accept the fact that the federal government has become an enormously powerful entity that has control over and access to just about everything in your day to day life. That would be a significant threat to our liberty even with a responsible, honest President and Administration. We don't have that. We have somebody whose political career began and was shaped by the corrupt Chicago Democrat political machine. This man and his ilk are more than willing to use the full power of the government to achieve their goals. Obama has proven that he has no regard for the Constitution. He has been acting as an imperial president; answerable only to himself.
