Obama Administration leaked details on Israeli Syrian strikes

This is just intolerable. If there is something that is going to cause a regional war it is not Israel. The Obama Administration destabilizing our allies and friendly regimes might cause a war. The Obama Administration's refusal to actually do anything to prevent Iran's development of nuclear weapons might cause a war. The Obama Administration's arming al Qaeda-backed Islamist terrorist groups might lead to a war. The Obama Administration's demonstrated weakness, ineptitude and willingness to appease might cause a war. No; there are a lot of things that might cause war in the Middle East, but not Israel's defensive strikes. Just in case the morons in the Obama Administration need a clue, Arab states are encouraged by weakness in their enemies. They also respect an enemy that is willing to fight. That is why they don't attack Israel. That and the fact the Israel kicks their asses every time they fight.

Obama administration armed Syrian rebels but wouldn't give them gas masks

The Obama Administration surreptitiously provided or arranged the transfer of weapons to the Free Syrian Army, in spite of ample evidence of their association with al Qaeda and other Islamist forces. Some of the weapons supplied to the FSA were modern and very lethal anti-aircraft and anti-tank missiles. Oddly, the Administration refused to provide gas masks and atropine injectors to the FSA. Citing the need for proper training and the danger of the masks falling into the wrong hands, the Administration has refused to provide this protective gear for over a year. What; you can give advanced anti-aircraft missiles to terrorist-affiliated rebels with no controls on how they use them or who they transfer them to, but you can't trust them with gas masks? This is one of those WTF moments that Obama's incompetent administration seems driven to create. Policies based on fatally flawed ideology, a complete lack of understanding of the real world and a desperate desire to make the president look good at all costs generally will lead to actions that do more harm than good. Gas masks are fundamentally defensive in nature. Nobody is going to shoot down a civilian airliner with a MK V gas mask. Guided missiles in the hands of al Qaeda affiliated Islamist rebels?????? Leave it to this administration, with it's completely incoherent foreign policy, to F up that decision. And to make matters worse, now they are using civilian casualties of a chemical attack as justification to take unilateral military action against the Syrian government. Obama and his administration have taken the wrong side in Egypt (twice), Libya and now in Syria. Now he wants to commit US forces to action in support of his bad decisions, for no other reason than to prevent him from looking like the weak, vacillating incompetent that he is. And to heap irony on top of gross incompetence, the very reasons cited for use of force by Obama are the same as used by George Bush in his request for authorization of military action against Iraq. Remember Obama, Hillary, Biden and Kerry all calling Bush a liar and a warmonger for attacking Iraq? Yeah, somehow I don't think you will see much in the mainstream media about Obama's stunning hypocrisy.
