Michael Mann files suit against Mark Steyn
I don't think Dr. Mann has any idea of the enormity of an ass kicking he is about to receive at the hands of Mark Steyn and his lawyers. Discovery is a bitch. You can't blow off subpoenas for years like you did with the FOIA requests. You can't hide behind a corrupt college administration. Court ordered presentation of documents is what is at hand. If he has destroyed incriminating documents/files he may find himself in the can for contempt and obstruction of justice. This will be better than Climategate. This idiot's ego is going to cost him and the Church of Anthropogenic Global Warming dearly. Tough sh!t. The global warming hoax has cost the United States and other Western nations hundreds of billions, if not trillions, of dollars. Mann and Phil Jones should be rotting in jail cells for the crime they've committed.
